       GLTPZD-600 Automatic Metal Rims Calendar Binding Machine's Advantages / Features

Automatic feeding: Both the rims and calendars are fed into the binding station automatically, resulting in a highly increased production rate.
Speed: The GLTPZD-600 is capable of processing (rimming) up to 20,000 edges in a 8 hours shift.
Reduced handling: The machine is automatically activated when a calendar and rim reach the binding station and bound calendars are mechanically discharged from machine onto collection chute where they are neatly stacked on top on each other ready for wrapping or dispatch.
Operator training as well as training on the adjustments and settings is required.

Step 1: The calendar rims are loaded into the magazine at rear of machine.

Step 2: The calendar / poster is transported via conveyor belt into the binding station where the rim is attached.

       The GLTPZD-600 Model rimming machine is a high-speed fully automatic machine used for rimming calendars and posters with metal rims manufactured by Press Products.
