NB-360 semi auto casing machine for notebook and hard cover book
To those medium and small factories, handcover book casting is time-consuming. In order to shorten time, labor and enhance poor efficiency in process of making handcover books, we develop a semi auto casing machine based on part of the working principle of importing full- automatic casing machine. It not only removes the shortage of unblance gluing, but also improves the gluing speed ( once two sides). It is quick and precise in locating the hard cases and aligning the book block with cases.
Main features:
Adjustable speed: Speed range 0-1000 books/hour ( 17 books/minute). The parameter is measured as per the common pause time.
Adjustable pause time: The pause time when the machine goes up to the highest point is controlled by the outside time relay. The users can adjust the time upon their needs.
Inch in Operation: Add inch-in switch for precise aligning during machine debugging.
Automatic power off function: The machine motor will stop running if not operating in 10 minute. It guarantees the operator safety and greatly extend the machine working life.
Importing variable-frequency Drive: We apply the famous variable-frequency drive brand.
Convenient for customer to install the electricity: As it applies Variable-frequency drive controller, no matter what the three-phase electric phase sequence is, the machine rotation direction is always right. The breakdown and the damage of machine caused by reverse power phase sequence or opposite machine rotation is completely removed.
